Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza testů insolvence vybraného podniku. V teoretické části jsem se nejprve zabývala vysvětlením insolvence, úpadkem a způsoby jeho řešení. Další část se týká insolvenčního řízení, jak z pohledu dlužníka, tak věřitele a vysvětlení vztahu insolvenčního a exekučního řízení. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou popsány testy insolvence, koho se týkají, kdo je za ně odpovědný a důvody jejich provádění. V praktické části jsem provedla analýzu testů insolvence na konkrétním vybraném podniku.

The subject of my Bachelor's thesis is analysis of insolvency tests of a chosen company. In the theoretical part of my Bachelor's thesis I will be focusing on explaining insolvency, bankruptcy and possible ways of solving it/recovering from it. The second part of the thesis is concerning the process of insolvency (from the perspective of the debtor and from the perspective of the creditor) and is explaining relations between insolvency and enforcement proceedings. In the last chapter of the theoretical part of my Bachelor's thesis I will be describing insolvency tests, particularly who is affected by them and responsible for them and reasons for their gestion. In the practical part of my thesis I did analysis of the insolvency tests on a chosen company.
