Diplomová práce vymezuje institucionální péči o děti do tří let z pohledu rodičů, mapuje postavení mužů a žen na trhu práce a možnosti jejich rychlejšího návratu do zaměstnání. Monitoruje institucionální péči o děti do tří let v České republice, evropské unii i ve světě. Popisuje socializaci dítěte doma i v instituci. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat názor rodičů na institucionální péči o děti do tří let z hlediska jejich dosaženého vzdělání, a to prostřednictvím kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu. Výzkum však neprokázal vliv vzdělání na postoje rodičů k institucionální péči o děti do tří let.
Annotation in English
The thesis defines institutional care for children up to three years from the perspective of parents and it deals with status of men and women in the labor market and the possibility of their faster return to work. It monitors institutional care for children up to three years in the Czech Republic, the European Union and in other countries of the world. It describes the socialization of children at home and in the institution. The aim of the thesis is to find information that would help us map the opinion of parents on institutional care for children up to three years in terms of educational achievement by quantitatively oriented research. However, results of the research have not shown the effect of education on parental attitudes to institutional care for children up to three years of age. Research questions were created on the basis of findings shown in the theoretical part. Results of the questionnaire can be found at the end of the thesis.
