Diplomová práce popisuje pokusné měšťanské školství ve Zlíně v období let
1928-1939. Teoretická část charakterizuje situaci v českém školství v uvedených letech. Zaměřuje se na úlohu zlínského regionu na realizaci plánu školské reformy ve Zlíně.
Praktická část diplomové práce analyzuje dokumenty a literaturu vztahující se k reformním měšťanským školám ve Zlíně. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku didaktických prostředků uplatňovaných pro výuku. Popisuje práci pedagogů při uplatňování nových vyu-čovacích postupů. Další část práce pojednává o způsobech hodnocení žáků, o zájmové čin-nosti, a sociální péčí o žáky pokusných škol. Závěr práce zahrnuje popis činnosti Okresní reformní komise ve Zlíně a graficky znázorňuje výsledky srovnávacích testů žáků reform-ních škol s žáky běžných měšťanských škol v okrese Zlín. Poslední část práce je věnovaná zániku pokusných škol.
Annotation in English
The graduate thesis describes an experimental burgess educational system in Zlín at the ages of 1928-1939. The theoretical part defines the situation in the Czech educational system at the ages above. It focuses on the role of the Zlín region in the programme reali-zation of the educational reform in Zlín.
The practical part of the graduate thesis analyses the documents and literature relating to the reformative burgess schools in Zlín. It focuses on the characteristics of the didactic instruments relating to education. It describes the teachers´ effort during the application of the new educational methods. The other part deals with ways of pupils´ evaluation, inte-rests and hobbies and social care of the pupils from the experimental schools. The conclu-sion of the graduate thesis involves the description of the Region Reformative Committee activities in Zlín and grafically represents the results of the pupils´ tests from the reformati-ve schools in comparison with the pupils´ tests from the common schools in the Zlín regi-on. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to the destruction of the experimental schools.
