Cílem diplomové práce je definovat pojem elektronické zdravotnictví, co to je a myšlenky rozvoje e-health v České republice. V praktické části bude proveden výzkum využívání elektronického zdravotnictví v České republice. Poté se provede analýza výsledků, identifikují se nedostatky a navrhne se řešení za využití počítačových a komunikačních systémů. Na závěr bude navržen vhodný systém webově orientované komunikace lékař-pacient.

The object of this thesis is to define a notion, what would be the electronic health and thoughts of a development of a e-health in Czech Republic. Research of an exploitation of the electronic health in Czech Republic is carried out in a practical part of this thesis. Subsequently an analysis of the results will be performed. Then will be determined the imperfections and suggestion of the solutions with the application of computer and communication systems. An acceptable system of web oriented communication physicianpatient will be proposed on the conclusion of this paper.
