Annotation Cieľom bakalárskej práce je návrh plastovej sponky na papiere spolu s konštrukciou dvoch foriem pre ich výrobu. Na vypracovanú literárnu štúdiu z oblasti vstrekovania termoplastov nadväzuje praktická časť bakalárskej práce. Jej súčasťou je návrh piatich sponiek pre jednotlivé fakulty UTB a jedna pre samotnú UTB. V programe CATIA V5R18 sú skonštruované dve vstrekovacie formy na výrobu týchto sponiek. Ďalej je vypracovaná výkresová dokumentácia formy. Pri konštrukcií sú s výhodou použité normalizované súčasti firmy HASCO.
Annotation in English The aim of the bachelor work is to design of plastic paperclip and to frame of injection mold for its manufacturing as well. About thermoplastic injection moulding is elaborated literal study which follows practical part of bachelor work. It contains design of five plastic paperclips for each faculty UTB and one for single UTB. In software CATIA V5R18 is framed two different injection moulds for manufacturing these paperclips. Thereinafter is elaborated drawing documentation of injection mould. During the framing are with advantage used standard components of HASCO Company.
