Annotation Tato práce je zpracována jako studijní materiál pro potřeby pracovníků soukromých bezpečnostních služeb. V teoretické části je popsána konstrukce a fyzikální principy střelných zbraní, legislativní podmínky pro nabývání, držení a použití střelných zbraní v České republice a ve vybraných státech. Praktická část se zabývá popisem bezpečné manipulace se zbraní.
Annotation in English This thesis is conceived as a study material for the needs of private security services. The theoretical part describes the structure and physical principles of firearms, legislative conditions for acquisition, possession and use of firearms in the Czech Republic and in selected countries. The practical part deals with description of the safe weapons handling.

  2. Uveďte zákonné podmínky držení zbraní a možnost použití zbraně v bezpečnostních agenturách.

  4. Nastiňte možné změny de lege ferenda v posuzování přiměřenosti užití zbraně.
  5. Uveďte stávající pohled na nutnou obranu z pohledu nejednotnosti výkladu zákona.
  6. Zpracujte manuál užití střelné zbraně v podmínkách bezpečnostní agentury.
