Cílem této práce je vytvořit projekt kooperační strategie firmy RETRIM-CZ, s. r. o. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy souvisejícími s kooperační strategií. Je zaměřena především na strategické interakce, formy spolupráce, motivační faktory ovlivňující rozhodnutí kooperovat a výběr kooperačního partnera. Analytická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu firmy RETRIM-CZ, s. r.o. V této části je provedena SWOT analýza, analýza organizačněkulturního spektra, agregovaných ukazatelů managementu a marketingu. Dále je provedena analýza kooperačních faktorů. Na základě závěrů analýzy je vytvořen projekt kooperační strategie firmy RETRIM-CZ, s. r. o. a ten je následně podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze.

The aim of this thesis is to create a project of cooperative strategy of the company RETRIM-CZ, s. r. o. The theoretical part deals with the terms associated with cooperative strategy. It is especially focused on strategic interactions, forms of cooperation, strategic motivation factors influencing the decision to cooperate and choice of the cooperative partner. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the current situation of the company RETRIM-CZ, s. r. o. In this part is accomplished SWOT analysis, the analysis of organizational and cultural spectrum, aggregate indicators of management and marketing. Additionally is accomplished analysis of the cooperative factors. Based on the results of the analysis is determined the project of the cooperative strategy of the company RETRIM-CZ, s. r. o. and subsequently it is subjected to cost, time and risk analysis.
