Annotation Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou řízení zásob v obchodní společnosti Adima Brázdil s.r.o. Cílem této práce je nalézt možnosti zlepšení hospodaření se zásobami. Teoretická část je věnována objasnění základních pojmů z oblasti řízení zásob. Praktická část představuje společnost Adima Brázdil, popisuje její zásobovací politiku a věnuje se rozboru jedné velké skupiny zásob firmy. Závěrem jsou uvedena doporučení pro zlepšení hospodaření se záso-bami včetně zhodnocení jejich přínosů a rizik.
Annotation in English This thesis deals with Analysis of Inventory Management in the company Adima Brazdil. The aim is to find improvements in efficiency of the inventory management. The theoretical part is aimed at the explication of basic concepts connected to inventory control. The practical part consists of company introduction, description of supply chain management in the company and analysis of company´s reserves. The final part contains suggestions and recommendations for better inventory management including evaluation of its contribution and risks.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou řízení zásob v obchodní společnosti Adima Brázdil s.r.o. Cílem této práce je nalézt možnosti zlepšení hospodaření se zásobami. Teoretická část je věnována objasnění základních pojmů z oblasti řízení zásob. Praktická část představuje společnost Adima Brázdil, popisuje její zásobovací politiku a věnuje se rozboru jedné velké skupiny zásob firmy. Závěrem jsou uvedena doporučení pro zlepšení hospodaření se záso-bami včetně zhodnocení jejich přínosů a rizik.

This thesis deals with Analysis of Inventory Management in the company Adima Brazdil. The aim is to find improvements in efficiency of the inventory management.
