Annotation Tato bakalářská práce je soustředěna na osobnost učitele. Je rozdělena na pět hlavních kapitol. První se zabývá učitelem jako součástí systému pedagogických věd, jsou zde vymezeny klíčové kompetence, vlastnosti dobrého učitele, jeho dovednosti a znalosti. Ve druhé kapitole nalezneme pohled na pedagoga v historii, od starověku přes středověk a novověk až po dnešní dobu. Třetí kapitola se zajímá o vztah mezi učitelem a žákem. Najdeme v ní různé typologie učitele, je zde představen učitel v mateřské, základní, střední a vysoké škole. Čtvrtá kapitola je soustředěna na vývoj učitele. Najdeme zde popis učitele - studenta, začínajícího učitele, učitele - experta i učitele na vysoké škole. Poslední kapitola se soustřeďuje na učitele a jeho volný čas, neziskové organizace a vychovatele.
Annotation in English This dissertation is concentrated on personality of teacher. It is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter is engaged in teacher as a part of system of pedagogical science, there are specified key competences, character of good teacher, his skills and knowledges. In the second chapter, we can find view of teacher in history, from ancient world through the Middle Ages and modern period to nowadays. The third chapter is interested in relation between teacher and pupil. We can find there different typologies of teacher, there is introduced teacher of kindergarten, primary, secondary school and university. The fourth chapter is concentrated on progress of teacher. We can find there characterization of teacher-student, beginning teacher, teacher-expert and teacher of university. The last chapter is concentrated on teacher and his free time, non-profit organizations and schoolmaster.
