Annotation Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení mastných kyselin a jejich esterů pomocí plynové chromatografie ve vybraných vzorcích červeného vína. Byla vyzkoušena možnost úpravy vzorků a nalezeny optimální chromatografické podmínky pro jejich analýzu. Bylo stanoveno množství mastných kyselin a jejich esterů ve vybraných vzorcích a získané hodnoty byly porovnány s publikovanou literaturou.
Annotation in English The master thesis is focused on the determinantion of fatty acids and their esters by gas chromatography in selected samples of red wine. The posibility of samples treatment was tested and optimal chromatographic conditions for their analysis were found. The quantity of fatty acids and their esters in selected samples was determined and the values obtained were compared with the published literature.
