Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout projektové řešení zavedení controllingu ve vybrané firmě, protože současná výkonnost firmy klesá a je nutné využít controllingové činnosti a nástroje, které povedou k stabilizaci firmy. Řešení problému nabízí zpracovaný projekt v zavedení pozice controllera, v nastavení činností, které bude controller vykonávat a vytyčení nástrojů controllingu, které jsou pro danou firmu v současné situaci významné. Konkrétní výsledky práce jsou zvládnutí provozní restrukturalizace pomocí zavedení controllingu a poskytnutí podpůrných činností controllingu při řízení změn v restrukturalizačním procesu. Přínosem této práce je podrobná analýza připravenosti vybrané firmy na zavedení controllingu. Hlavními výsledky je navržený profil osoby controllera, stanovení jeho pracovní náplně a organizační začlenění controllingu. Významnou součást práce tvoří konkrétní nástroje controllingu, na které se firma musí během procesu restrukturalizace zaměřit. Výsledek práce umožňuje okamžitou implementaci projektu do reálného chodu firmy.
Annotation in English
The aim of this thesis is to propose a project solution of the controlling implementation in a selected firm. As the existing performance of the firm is declining, it is necessary to use controlling activities and tools leading to the stabilization of the firm. The issue solution is offered by the developed project involving the introduction of a controller position, followed by activities performed by him/her and the specification of the controlling tools significant for the firm at present. The specific results of the thesis involve mastering the operation restructuring via implementation of controlling and providing its supportive activities during managing the changes of the restructuring process. The benefit of this thesis is a detailed analysis of the selected firm readiness for the controlling implementation. The key results involve the proposed characteristics of the controller personality, his/her work description and the organizational integration of controlling. The significant elements of the thesis are specific tools of controlling which should be focused on by the firm at the restructuring process. The output of the thesis enables the immediate implementation of the project in the actual operation of the firm.
