Diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečností přepravy vedlejších živočišných produktů, kdy v teoretické části pojednává o nejdůležitějších právních normách a odborných publikacích a terminologii v rámci této problematiky. Dále teoretická část obsahuje kategorizaci vedlejších živočišných produktů a zajištění jejich bezpečné přepravy, místo a úlohu orgánů státní správy a výčet povinností a potřebných dokumentů k přepravě vedlejších živočišných produktů. Praktická část je zaměřena na řešení modelové situace, činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému během zásahu, rozbor a analýzu rizik bezpečnosti přepravy vedlejších živočišných produktů. Výsledkem je stanovení základního postupu činností při podobných dopravních nehodách či jiných mimořádných událostech s přítomností vedlejších živočišných produktů a posouzení možných rizik a hrozeb, které mohou takový zásah ohrozit.

The diploma thesis deals with the safety of transport of animal by-products, where in the theoretical part deals with the most important legal standards and professional publications in this area, and also contains some of the most important concepts and terminology in this area. Furthermore, the theoretical part contains a categorization of animal by-products and ensuring their safe transport, the place and role of state administration bodies, and a list of obligations and necessary documents for the transport of animal by-products.
The practical part is focused on the solution of the model situation, the activities of the integrated rescue system in the case of model intervention and solves the risk analysis of such a situation, as well as an analysis of the risks of the current state of transport of animal by-products. The result is the establishment of a basic course of action in similar traffic accidents or other incidents with the presence of animal by-products, as well as an assessment of the potential risks and threats that such intervention may endanger.
