Annotation Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi zpracování biodegradabilního materiálu. Jsou zde uvedeny biopolymery, biodegradovatelné polymery a jejich možné způsoby zpracování. Biopolymery jsou polysacharidy, bílkoviny a polyestery produkované mikroorganismy. Mezi biodegradovatelné polymery patří alifatické polyestery, aromatické polyestery, poly-vinylalkohol a modifikované polymery. V experimentální části byl proveden pokus zpraco-vat hydrolyzát kolagenu vytlačováním. Jako další složky směsi byl zvolen biodegradabilní polyvinylalkohol se změkčovadly. Výsledky tokových křivek testovaných směsí jsou zpra-covány graficky.
Annotation in English The Bachelor work deals with the potency of processing biodegradable material. Here are listed biopolymers, biodegradable polymers and their possible ways of processing. Bio-polymers are polysaccharides, proteins and polyesters produced by microorganisms. Be-tween the biodegradable polymers are count aliphatic polyesters, aromatic polyesters, poly-vinylalcohol and modified polymers. In the experimental part it was attempted to process hydrolysate collagen by extrusion. Polyvinylalcohol with plasticizers was chosen as next part of composition. The results of flow curves prepared materials are processed graphi-cally.
