Annotation Predkladaná diplomová práca sa zaoberá spracovaním projektu zvýšenia trhového podielu softwaru OpenProj - softwaru pre podporu projektového riadenia. Projektová časť práce vychádzala z podrobnej kvantitatívnej a kvalitatívnej analýzy konkrétneho tržného segmentu, rovnako ako nadobudnutých teoretických poznatkov a orientačnej analýzy situácie. Projekt, ktorý je spracovaný na základe štandardov projektového riadenia je pripravený tak, aby priniesol a uspel na trhu s produktom, ktorý poskytne projektovým manažérom potrebnú podporu pri plánovaní a riadení širokej škály projektov.
Annotation in English This thesis describes establishment of a project of the icreasing market share of product OpenProj in segment of project management support software. The practical part was supported by extensive quantitative and qualitative research of the specific segment of the market. The project is designed to comply with project management standards and to achieve success on market with product which will supply project managers needed support with planning, managing and delivering wide range of projects.

Predkladaná diplomová práca sa zaoberá spracovaním projektu zvýšenia trhového podielu softwaru OpenProj - softwaru pre podporu projektového riadenia. Projektová časť práce vychádzala z podrobnej kvantitatívnej a kvalitatívnej analýzy konkrétneho tržného segmentu, rovnako ako nadobudnutých teoretických poznatkov a orientačnej analýzy situácie. Projekt, ktorý je spracovaný na základe štandardov projektového riadenia je pripravený tak, aby priniesol a uspel na trhu s produktom, ktorý poskytne projektovým manažérom potrebnú podporu pri plánovaní a riadení širokej škály projektov.
