Bakalářská práce se zabývá determinací psychických úskalí v pomáhajících profesích. Charakterizuje zátěž a stres obecně, zabývá se zdroji zátěže, jejími příčinami a reakcemi na prožitou zátěž a vlivem stresu na zdravotní stav člověka. Dále provází problematikou syndromu vyhoření od obecného pojetí až po nástroje stanovení diagnózy. Popisuje sociálního pracovníka ve státní správě a následně se zaměřuje na užší oblast a to na výkon profese sociálního pracovníka podle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, konkrétně v oblasti příspěvku na péči a dávek pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Jedná se o specifikaci jednotlivých činností ve vybrané sociální oblasti ve vztahu k zátěži a stresu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění příčin a důsledků zátěže a stresu sociálních pracovníků u vybrané skupiny sociálních pracovníků formou kvantitativně orientovaného pedagogického výzkumu s použitím výzkumné metody sběru dat pomocí dotazníku. Dále je cílem identifikování příčin zátěže a stresu a zkoumání vlivu zaměstnání v sociální oblasti na kvalitu osobního života a zdraví.
Annotation in English
The main focus of the study is to determine psychological concerns in the social ca-re services. It characterizes pressure and stress in general, it studies the source of the pres-sure, what causes it, what can be the result of the pressure, and how it affects general he-alth of the worker. Furthermore, it walks us through the syndrome of the staff burnout from a general point of view to the assessment of the diagnostics. The research describes the social worker in the state administration and it further narrows in on the performance of the social worker under the Social Services Act , no. 108/2006, more specifically in the area of client care and pension entitlement for persons with disabilities. The research tries to identify the connection between the individual activities in the specific social care services and the stress and pressure they precipitate. The study?s objective is to map out the sources and the consequences of the pressure and stress experienced in a handpicked group of social services workers through quantitatively directed pedagogic research where investigative questionnaires have been used to collect the data. The goal is also to identify the causes of pressure and stress , and to examine what influence the employment in this caring labour has on the quality of person?s life and health.
