Tématem této bakalářské práce je návrh vstřikovací formy pro držák láhve. Teoretická část
se zabývá problematikou technologie vstřikování, návrhem vstřikovacích forem a konstrukcí
vstřikovaných dílů. V praktické části práce je řešená konstrukce vstřikovací formy pro
zadaný výrobek. Konstrukce byla provedena v programu Catia s využitím normalizovaných
součástí firem Hasco a Meusburger. Návrh formy je doložen nakreslenou 2D sestavou formy
s kusovníkem.
Annotation in English
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the design of an injection mold for a bottle holder. The
theoretical part deals with the issue of injection molding technology, design of injection
molds and construction of injection molded parts. In the practical part of the work is solved
the construction of the injection mold for the specified product. The construction was made
in the Catia program using standardized parts from Hasco and Meusburger. The design of
the mol dis documented by a drawn 2D mold assembly with a bill of material.
