Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si zvolila téma použití matematicko-statistických metod při řízení procesů ve výrobním podniku. Ve své práci budu aplikovat různé statistické metody na výrobní proces s názvem chasis marriage z podniku HMMC, s.r.o. Pro svou analýzu budu využívat jeden z vyráběných modelů automobilů výše uvedené společnosti.
Do teoretické části zahrnu poznatky o různých statistických metodách pro regulaci výrob-ního procesu z odborné literatury. Praktická část bude nejdříve zaměřena na popis společ-nosti a procesu chasis marriage. Následuje samotná aplikace v teoretické části popsaných statistických metod na daný proces. K analýze v praktické části využiji statistický software Minitab 16.

For my barchelor thesis I chose the theme of Usage of Mathematical and Statistical Methods in Process Controlin a Manufacturing Company. In my thesis I apply various sta-tistical methods for Process Control to the specific manufacturing process called the chasis marriage in Company HMMC Ltd. For my analysis I will use one of the car models manu-factured by the above Company.
The theoretical part includes pieces of knowledge of various statistical methods used for controlling the manufacturing process. To develop the theoretical part, I will use the scien-tific literature related to the above theme. The practical part will be firstly focused on de-scription of the Company and the process chasis marriage. Then there will be application of the statistical methods in the process (those methods will be described in theoretical part). To analyze the practical part I will use statistical software Minitab 16.
