Tato disertační práce se věnuje tématu příbuzenské pěstounské péče, která
v České republice stojí na okraji zájmu odborníků pedagogické komunity.
Zaměřila jsem se na rodinné prostředí rodin, kde se prarodič dostává do role
rodiče, a na pedagogické působení učitelů mateřských škol, které je rodinám
určeno. Vycházela jsem z Böhnischovy koncepce výchovné pomoci ke
zvládání života, která je zaměřena na sociálně znevýhodněné děti.
Cílem disertační práce je rozšířit existující výzkum týkající se tématu
prarodičů v roli rodičů a jejich rodičovství o systematickou a strukturovanou
analýzu rodinného prostředí tohoto typu rodin, které se stává rámcem a sociální
realitou výchovné pomoci učitelů mateřských škol.
Pro naplnění cíle byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkumný design, přičemž první
metodou byly hloubkové rozhovory s šesti prarodiči v roli rodičů, kteří pečují
o děti předškolního věku, tedy konkrétně ve věku 5-6 let. Druhou metodou bylo
interview s fokusovou skupinou zahrnující tři sociální pracovnice a
psycholožku. Hloubkové rozhovory s devíti učitelkami, které se chtěly účastnit
výzkumu ve dvojicích, se pak staly třetí metodou výzkumného projektu.
Výzkumná zjištění ukazují, že prarodiče jsou klíčovými aktéry rodinného
prostředí. Kvůli pokročilejšímu věku prarodičů, kteří jsou o dvě generace starší
než jimi vychovávané děti, zdravotním problémům, traumatizaci a jiným
aspektům má jejich rodičovství svá omezení. Právě zde se jako významný
podpůrný prvek jeví role mateřské školy, především učitelek mateřských škol,
jako dalších klíčových aktérů, kterým jejich profesní kompetence umožňují
prarodičům a dětem výchovně pomoci. Pro vývoj, výchovu a vzdělávání je
však důležité, aby vzniklo učící se společenství, jehož existence povede
k posílení a zmocnění dětí i prarodičů, díky čemuž budou všichni schopni
zvládat různé životní obtíže a prožívat život optimálně a co nejradostněji.

This dissertation focuses on kinship foster care, which has been on the
periphery of interest of professionals in the educational community in the
Czech Republic. I focused on the family environment of grandparents who take
on the role of parents and the pedagogical assistance of kindergarten teachers
towards families. I based my research on Böhnisch´s concept of educational
assistance in managing life which concentrates on socially disadvantaged
children.
This dissertation aims to extend existing research on the topic of grandparents
in the role of parents and their parenting by providing a systematic and
structured analysis of the family environment in this type of family, which
becomes the framework and social reality of the pedagogical assistance and
educational support of kindergarten teachers.
To accomplish the objective, a qualitative research design was chosen. The
first method was in-depth interviews with six grandparents in the role of parents
who take care of their preschool grandchildren, specifically those aged 5-6
years. The second method was interviews with a focus group comprising three
social workers and a psychologist. In-depth interviews with nine female
teachers who wanted to participate in the research in pairs then became the third
method of the research project.
The research findings show that grandparents are critical participants in the
family environment. However, due to the advanced age of grandparents who
are two generations older than the children they are raising, due to health
problems, trauma, and other aspects, their parenting has its limitations. Here,
the role of the kindergarten, especially kindergarten teachers, as other vital
participants whose professional competencies enable them to help grandparents
and children educationally, emerges as an essential supporting element.
However, in order to achieve quality and effective development, upbringing
and education, it is crucial to create a learning community whose existence will
lead to the empowerment of children and grandparents.
