Annotation	Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá pomáhající profesí, konkrétně profesí zdravotní sestry, stresem, emocionalitou, syndromem vyhoření a duševní hygienou v pomáhajícím povolání. V praktické části zpracovává výzkum, provedený u zdravotních sester na téma emocionálních stavů, syndromu vyhoření a agresivity a podává návrhy na relaxaci pro pomáhající profese.
Annotation in English	The theoretical part of the diploma theses deal with counselling professions; particularly the professions of nurses; stress, emotions, burned out syndrome and mental health in counselling professions. The practical part evaluates the research related to emotions, burned out syndrome and aggression among nurses. It also suggests ways to relax in counselling professions.
