Tato bakalářská práce má ukázat na násilí páchané na seniorech a to jak v rodinách, tak i v sociálních institucích. Dále jsem se zabýval studiem pojmu a typickými znaky domácího násilí, rodinou jejím vývojem a jejími znaky a vytýčením pojmu senior. Zaměřil jsem se na týrání seniorů nejen v rodinách, ale i v domovech důchodců a v léčebnách dlouhodobě nemocných. Na chování nejbližších rodinných příslušníků a také na chování personálu sociálních ústavů. Rovněž jsem zmínil zprávu ochránce veřejných práv z návštěv LDN a uvedl některé kasuistiky.
Annotation in English
This bachelor work should point out the violence practised on senior citizens both in families and in social institutions. I also dealt with the study of the definition and the typical features of domestic violence, I dealt with the definition of a family, its development and its characteristic features and with the definiton of a senior citizen. I focused on the maltreatment of senior citizens not only in families but also in rest homes and medical institutions for long-term sick people, on the closest family members´ behaviour and on the behaviour of the staffs in social institutions. I also mentioned the report of the guardian of the public rights on visits to medical institutions for long-term sick people and I gave some casuistries.
