Práce se zabývá vztahem přirozeného práva a pozitivního práva. Otázkou zda-li a jak přirozené právo působí v současné realitě. Zejména měla však bakalářská práce poukázat na otázky morálky,etiky a lidských práv spojených s jednáním občanů ve společnosti. V závěru byla vyslovena myšlenka rozšíření edukace ve směru prohloubení morálky.

The thesis deals with the the relation between natural law and positive law. The question is if and how natural law operates in the present reality. The chief aim of this thesis is to point to morals, ethics and human rights in relation to people´s behavior in the society. The conclusion suggests an idea of supplementing education towards boosting morals.
