The aim of the bachelor thesis consists in a topic chicane in a job. In the thesis is explained what actually does mobbing mean in particular chapters, what are its kinds of the strategy and technique, who is the mobbing person and who is the victim. Below in the work are described solving possibilities of this negative phenomenon.
