Bakalářská práce se obsahově týká příčin kriminality žen, jejich nápravy a vlivu na rodinné prostředí. Je zaměřena převážně na příčiny kriminality, ale také jejich prevenci, nápravu odsouzených žen ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a také na důsledky pobytu žen ve výkonu trestu a to jak sociální důsledky, tak vlivu na rodinné prostředí, zejména děti. Význam této práce vidím především v tom, že kriminalita žen, není sice tak vysoká jako kriminalita mužů, ale zaujímá svou podstatnou část a je nedílnou součástí kriminality celkové. Kriminalita žen stála v minulosti více méně ve stínu kriminality mužů, ale nemůže být zejména v dnešní době podceňována a je důležité se jí zabývat, protože má své specifické následky. Tato bakalářská práce je určena nejen pedagogickým pracovníkům a studentům humanitních a právních studijních oborů, ale také široké veřejnosti, protože zde všichni najdou jen to, co je součástí naší společnosti, čemu, je nutné se více věnovat a hledat společná řešení k problému, kterým je kriminalita žen.

The content of the baccalaureate work deals with the causes of criminality in women, the correction of them and the impact on the family environment. It focuses in particular on the causes of criminality, but also on prevention of such causes, the correction of the condemned women in prison as well as on the consequences of the execution of the punishment of women, both on the social consequences and the impact on the family environment, in particular on children. I see the significance of this work in particular in the fact that, though not being as high as the criminality of men, the criminality of women accounts for a substantial part and forms an integral part of criminality as a whole. In the past, the criminality of women was more or less in the shadow of that of men, but cannot be underestimated nowadays in particular and it is important to deal with it as it results in specific consequences. This baccalaureate work is intended not only for pedagogic workers and students of humanities and the law, but also to the general public as everybody will find here only what forms a part of our society, what must receive more attention and that it is necessary to search for common solutions to the problem ? namely the criminality of women.

Bakalářská práce se obsahově týká příčin kriminality žen, jejich nápravy a vlivu na rodinné prostředí.
