Ve své bakalářské práci nejprve stručně shrnuji obecné informace o domácím násilí, které jsou již sice všeobecně známé, ale bez nich bych se ve své práci neobešla, neboť na ně v další části své práce potřebuji plynule navázat. V druhé části mé práce se podrobně zabývám teoretickými zásadami a doporučenými postupy, kterými by se měli policisté řídit a používat je, jakmile budou provádět zákroky či jiné úkony v souvislosti s problematikou domácího násilí. Popisuji zde tzv. teorii pracovních postupů policistů v rámci domácího násilí. V poslední části své práce se naopak zabývám tzv. praxí, neboť zde popisuji několik skutečných případů domácího násilí, včetně postupů a jednání policistů přímo na místě incidentu, včetně následného zpracování veškerých potřebných formulářů v souvislosti s domácím násilím. Zároveň se zde zaměřuji na správnost postupu policistů v konkrétních případech a na rozdíly mezi tzv. teorií a praxí.

In the my bachelor labour, the first I short summarize the common information about the domectic violence, which are else known generally, but without them I shouldn´t use them in the my labour because I will need to fluently take them up to the next part of my labour. In the second part of my labour I´m deal with theoretic theses and recommended procedures, which the policemen could be to subordinate and to execute them by the time they will practise saves or other steps in connection with the home violence problem. I have discribed there co-called the practice save theory of policemen within the domestic violence In the last part of my labour I occupy by the work experince, because I discribe there several fact files of the domestic violence, including procedures and actions of policemen directly in the incident place, including subsequent processing every necessary formes in connection with the domestic violence. At the same time I focus there in the corect procedure of policemen in concrete case and differences between the theory and the practise.
