Tato bakalářská práce popisuje historii a vývoj právního prostředí profesionální požární ochrany v ČR. Popisuje vzdělávací systém hasičského záchranného sboru, analyzuje a hodnotí jeho vliv na kvalitu právního vědomí příslušníků. V první části je podán stručný a ucelený přehled o vývoji legislativního prostředí hasičského záchranného sboru, jeho současné postavení a charakteristika pojmu ? právní vědomí. Druhá část práce rozebírá postavení a úkoly vzdělávacích středisek hasičského záchranného sboru. Popisuje průběh výuky, výcviku a zkoušek nových příslušníků, seznamuje nás s obsahem a formou výuky legislativních okruhů a rozebírá formu a účel odborné přípravy jednotek požární ochrany. Závěrečná část popisuje a hodnotí odbornou přípravu u jednotek z pedagogického hlediska. Hodnotí pedagogickou úroveň a pedagogické možnosti velitelského sboru a také metody a formy výuky. Navrhuje možná opatření ke zkvalitnění výuky z oblasti legislativy u jednotek požární ochrany. Součástí práce je i výzkumné šetření mezi příslušníky hasičského sboru.

This bachelor thesis, describes the history and development of the regulatory environment of professional fire protection in the Czech Republic. It describes the educational system, Fire Rescue Service, analyze and evaluate its impact on the quality of legal consciousness. The first part is given a brief and comprehensive overview of developments in the legislative environment Fire Rescue Service, its current status and characteristics of the concept - legal note. The second part of the work, analyzes the status and tasks of training centers Fire Rescue Service. It describes the course of teaching, training and testing of new members, acquaints us with the content and form of teaching and examines the areas of legislative form and the purpose of training of fire protection. The final section describes and evaluates the training in terms of units of teaching. It assesses the level of educational and pedagogical possibilities Corps command and also the methods and forms of teaching. It proposes possible measures to improve the teaching of the legislation for the fire protection.Part of this work is research and investigation between the fire brigade.
