Annotation Kriminalita mládeže ? sociálně patologický jev současné společnosti. Bakalářská práce popisuje celkový stav kriminality mládeže v České republice. Vymezuje základní pojmy, formy, znaky trestné činnosti páchané mládeží a uvádí současnou legislativní úpravu. Upozorňuje na důležitost rodinné výchovy, efektivní využití volného času a prevence.
Annotation in English Juvenile criminality ? socio-pathologic phenomenon of contemporary society. The bachelor paper describes the general situation of juvenile criminality in the Czech Republic. It defines basic terms, forms, character of criminal activities commited by juveniles and it presents the contemporary legislative framework. It draws attention to the importance of family education, effective usage of leisure time and prevention.
