Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou Determinanty profesní orientace dospívajících. Objasňuje pojem profesní orientace a její znaky, funkce a jak s ní můžeme pracovat. Práce je v podstatě sociologickým průzkumem profesní orientace zdravotních sester. Formou dotazníku zjišťuje, jaké školy předtím studovaly, proč si vybraly toto náročné povolání, co je k tomu vedlo, jak jsou s touto prací spokojeny a jak hodnotí svoji práci (její klady a zápory).Výsledky dotazníku jsou interpretovány formou grafů, tabulek a analýza těchto výsledků je v 6. kapitole této práce.
Annotation in English
The theme of this bachelor thesis are Determinants of professional orientation of adolescents. It explains the concept of the professional orientation and its features, functions and how they can work. The thesis is a sociological exploration of the professional orientation of nurses. Through the questionnaire it determines which schools they had previously studied, why they have chosen this demanding profession, what has lead the to choose this work and how they evaluate their work (its positives and negatives). The results of the questionnaire are interpreted in the form of graphs, figures and the analysis of these results is in the 6th chapter of this thesis.
