Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diváckého násilí na fotbalových stadionech především v České republice. První část se zabývá formami diváckého násilí a jsou zde uvedeny nejtragičtější historické události, ke kterým v souvislosti s násilím na stadionech došlo. V další části jsou zmíněny preventivní a represivní přístupy některých států Evropy k této problematice včetně opatření, která vyplynula z Evropské úmluvy o diváckém násilí. Práce se též zabývá charakteristikou fotbalového chuligána a aktuálním přehledem domácí fanouškovské scény. V poslední části se práce věnuje legislativě ČR v boji s diváckým násilím.

The bachelor?s thesis undertakes with problematics of audience of violence at football stadiums, especially in the Czech Republic. The first part explains what exactly audience of violence means and there are mentioned the most tragic historical incidents in conjunction with it as well. Next part is about repression and prevention in some European countries within important precautions of the European engagement about audience of violence. The thesis also describes characteristics of football hooligans and actual review of Czech fan culture. The last part is about the Czech legislation and its engagement with the audience of violence.
