Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou média a jejich vliv na mládež. Tato práce se snaží zjistit souvislost mezi nadměrným sledováním televize, nadužíváním médií a zvýšeným agresivním chováním mládeže. Práce popisuje obecnou agresivitu, vliv televize a reklamy. Dále věnuje pozornost nebezpečí internetu a počítačových her. Praktická část mapuje sledovací návyky u náhodného vzorku středoškoláků, trávení jejich volného času a spotřební zvyky.

The subject of my final work in Bachelor of Social Studies is media and its influence on the youth of today. This work is trying to find out a connection between excess TV viewing, misuses of media and increased aggressive behavior of youth. The work describes common aggression, the influence of television and advertisements. Furthermore it pays attention to the influence of Internet and computer games. Practical part describes surveillance patterns between random sample of grammar school students, the use of their free time and their consumer habits.
