Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Zdroje zátěže a stresu ve školních podmínkách, úzkost a strach ve škole?, pojednává o stresu, úzkosti a strachu ve škole ? o jejich projevech, zdrojích a způsobech zvládání. Podává přehled jednotlivých koncepcí chápání pojmu ,,stres?, dále zvládání stresu. Vymezeny jsou zde pojmy ,,úzkost a strach? s uvedením vzniku, projevech, předcházení a zvládání. Další část práce je věnována škole jako zdroji, příčině zátěže, úzkosti a stresu. Součástí je shrnutí výsledků výzkumu ke zjištění projevů, zdrojů zátěže a postavení sociální opory jako možného mechanismu zvládání zátěže ve škole.

The bachelor theses ,,Pressure and stress sources in the school environment, anxiety and fear at school? deals with stress, anxiety and fear at school ? their demonstration, sources and ways of managing stress. The work shows different interpretations of the term strees and ways of its managing. Furthermore, definitions of the expressions anxiety and fear can be found here as well as introducing their formation, demonstrations, prevention and ways of managing them. Next part of this theses refers to school as the source and cause of pressure, anxiety and stress. Summary of study findings regarding location of sress manifestation, sources and the role of caseworker as the possible way of managing stress at school is involved in the work too.
