Bakalářská práce se věnuje vztahu alternativního škol a reformy ve školství a v souvislosti s rámcovým vzdělávacím programem vysvětluje pojem klíčové kompetence, jeho vývoj, pedagogické aspekty a souvislosti s požadavky trhu práce. Soustředí se na problematiku kompetencí k řešení problémů a předkládá některé možné alternativní metody vhodné k jejich rozvíjení. Praktická část je věnována průzkumu, jehož cílem bylo získat popisy problémových situací ze života žáků. Respondenty byli žáci 8. a 9. tříd Základní školy v Ivanovicích. Výsledky průzkumu byly vyhodnoceny a porovnány s hypotézami.

Bachelor's thesis deals with the relationship of alternative schools, and reforms in education and in the context of the general education program explains the concept of key competency, its development, and educational aspects related to labor market requirements. It focuses on problems of competence to solve problems and presents some possible alternative methods suitable for their development. The practical part is devoted to the survey, whose target was to obtain descriptions of problem situations from the life of the pupils. Respondents were students on the 8th and 9 elementary school classes in Ivanovice. The survey results were evaluated and compared with the hypothesis.
