Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na výskyt syndromu vyhoření u příslušníka zásahové jednotky Policie České republiky a také na to, co s touto problematikou souvisí. Nejprve se zmiňuji o náročných a krizových životních situacích a jejich řešení. Dále se zabývám definicemi syndromu vyhoření, profesemi, které jsou k němu náchylné, jeho příčinami, příznaky a fázemi. Následně uvádím vymezení speciálních zásahových jednotek v rámci PČR z hlediska legislativy. Jejich základní úkoly, kritéria pro přijetí policisty k této jednotce, celkové zatížení a výcvik příslušníků těchto jednotek. Teoretickou část doplňuji výzkumem na dané téma. Nakonec uvádím možnosti prevence a rady pro zvládání syndromu vyhoření.

This thesis is focused on the burnout of special police force members in the Czech Republic. I also focus on other problems connected with this issue. First I mention difficult and demanding life situations and their solutions. After that I describe several definitions of burnout, the vocations that are prone to it, its causes, symptoms, and stages. Then I give the definition of special police force of PČR (Czech Police) in our legislation including their basic tasks, criteria for enrolment, stress, and training of their members. The theoretical part is completed with a survey. At the end, I suggest ways of prevention, and give advice for coping with burnout successfully.
