Práce se zabývá problematikou integrace cizinců v podmínkách ČR. Obsahuje stručné seznámení s pojmy migrace a integrace. Důraz je kladen na právní, sociální, kulturní, ekonomické a další aspekty, které proces integrace ovlivňují. Pozornost je věnována i aktivitám nevládních organizací v této oblasti a uplatnění sociálního pedagoga v procesu integrace cizinců. Teoretické poznatky jdou doplněny osobními zkušenostmi.
Součástí diplomové práce je průzkum provedený mezi cizinci pobývajícími v Jihomoravském kraji. Předmětem zkoumání je proces integrace u skupiny cizinců, jak integraci vnímají, s jakými problémy se při integraci do české společnosti setkávají a jak jsou spokojeni s množstvím a dostupností informací o podmínkách pobytu v ČR. Empirická část práce se zaobírá dotazníkovým šetřením, statistickou analýzou získaných dat a vyhodnocením tří cílů průzkumu. Práce je doplněna tabulkami a grafy.
Annotation in English
The thesis is focused on the issues of foreigners integrated into the Czech Republic environment. It covers also a brief explanation of the meaning of migration and integration. Legal, social, cultural, economic and other aspects with any impacts on the integration process are highlighted. An attention is drawn also to the activities of non-governmental bodies in this area and to the potential engagement of a social pedagogical consultant in the process of foreigner integration. Theoretical knowledge is complemented by the personal experience.
Part of this diploma thesis consists of the research performed among foreigners in the South Moravian Region. Subject of this research is an integration process of a group of foreigners, how the integration is perceived by them, what problems related to their integration into the Czech society they face, and how satisfied they are with the quantity and availability of information on the conditions of stay in the Czech Republic. Empirical part of the work consists of questionnaire investigation, statistic analysis of data acquired and evaluation of three goals of the research. Text is accompanied by tables and graphs.
