Annotation	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá firemní kulturou v obecné rovině. Pojednává o prvcích firemní kultury, její typologii, metodách a metodologii jejího zkoumání, diagnostice firemní kultury. Hledá spojitost mezi sociální pedagogikou a firemní kulturou. Zamýšlí se nad možnostmi ovlivnění firemní kultury. V této diplomové práci je použit anonymní dotazník jako hlavní empirická metoda, který zkoumá názory pracovníků na firemní kulturu v obecné rovině.
Annotation in English	This thesis deals with company culture at general level. It is about elements of the company culture, its typology, the methodology of its research, and diagnostics of the company culture. It searches continuities among social pedagogy and company culture. It thinks of possibilities of influencing company culture. In this thesis is used faceless questionnaire as the main empirical method that inquires into views of workers? opinions of company culture at general level.
