Diplomová práce pojednává o jednotlivých druzích tajemství. Zabývá se obecným pojetím pojmu tajemství, pojmy jako jsou sdílení a svěřování tajemství. Velká část práce rozebírá sebe-otevírání a sebe-odhalování člověka. Je zde vymezeno zpovědní tajemství, lékařské, listovní a služební, na které navazuje porušování a tresty s ním spojené. V další části práce je pozornost soustředěna na stres, který je v současnosti všudypřítomným jevem a zátěžové situace a individuální reakce na ně.
V závěru teoretické části jsou popisovány faktory ovlivňující nositele tajemství, jako jsou osobnost, temperament a empatie.
Práce objasňuje, jaké jsou rozdíly v zátěži u jednotlivých druhů tajemství a jaký vliv na udržení tajemství a na zátěž spojenou s nesením tajemství, má typ osobnosti. Hledá odpovědi na to proč a za jakých okolností lidé porušují sliby a vyzrazují tajemství. Zabývá se reakcemi lidí na svěřené, mnohdy důvěrné informace, jejich prožíváním a řešením zátěže spojené s takovou zodpovědností.

Alena Pírková: A man as a bearer of secret, his stress, living over and solution.

This graduation theses deals with separate sorts of secret. It deals with common theory of concept of the secret, with the concepts as sharing and trusting with secret. Large part of the graduation theses is devoted to self ?opening out and self-discovering of human being. The confession, medical, letter and service secret have been delimitated here in my graduation theses. The breaking of these secrets has been meant here and of course punishment connected with it.
In another part of my theses I pay attention to stress, that is ever-present nowadays and to stress situations and individuals reactions to them.
In the end of theoretical part the factors affecting the bearer of the secret (for instance: personality, temper, empathy) have been described.
The graduation theses makes clear the differences in stress according to separate sorts of secrets and explains how the type of personality can inluence the sustainment of the secret and the stress, connected with the secret-bearing. The theses finds the answers to such questions as: Why and under which circumstances are the men breaking the promises and dislosing the secret.
It deals with reaction of the men on entrusted, often confidential information, their living and solving the stress, connected with such a responsibility.
