V diplomové práci vymezuji a popisuji některé ze základních činitelů ovlivňujících řízení lidských zdrojů, a na základě poznatků z tématické literatury specifikuji jejich vliv v pracovním procesu. V praktické části zkoumám stav sociálního klimatu a firemní kultury třech společností, podnikatelsky zaměřených na poskytování služeb v oblasti technické správy budov, komplexního úklidového servisu a realizaci sadových úprav.

In my thesis, specify and describe one of the basic factors influencing human resources management. I specialize on the factor?s effect on a working procedure, based on my knowledge from the subjekt matter literature. In the practical part I focus on the social climate state and the corporate culture of three companies. These companies focus on providing services in the technical administration area, complete/complex cleaning services and the realization of an park arrangement.
