Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projevy násilí na pracovišti ve formě mobbingu, bossingu a sexuálního obtěžování jako vážného sociálního problému celé společnosti. Pojednává o jednotlivých formách, příčinách, motivech a průběhu těchto projevů násilí. Především se však zabývá negativními důsledky tohoto násilí na oběti i celou společnost a možnostmi prevence a účinné obrany před projevy těchto forem násilí na pracovišti a možnostmi uplatnění poznatků sociální pedagogiky. Cílem práce zmapovat četnost výskytu těchto jevů v rámci Oblastního ředitelství služby cizinecké policie a prokázat závažnost důsledků mobbingu, bossingu a sexuálního obtěžování pro nejen pro oběti, ale především pro celou společnost.

Graduation theses is focused on violence in the workplace in the form of mobbing, bossing and sexual harassment as a serious social problem throughout society. It discusses the various forms, causes, motives and the course of these manifestations of violence. Above all, however, deals with the negative consequences of such violence on victims and society as a whole and the availability of prevention and effective defense against these types of manifestations of violence in the workplace. The aim of the theses is to map the incidence of these phenomena within the frame Alien Police Service, Territorial Headquarters Brno and demonstrate the seriousness of the consequences of mobbing, bossing and sexual harassment not only for the victims, but also for society as a whole.
