Teoretická část diplomové práce se sestává ze tří kapitol, které se zabývají charakteristikou mentálně retardovaných, možnostmi jejich edukace, profesní přípravy a profesní orientace, možnostmi pracovního uplatnění a systémem společenské a legislativní podpory. Výzkumná část zjišťuje možnosti pracovního uplatnění v zařízeních poskytujících služby mentálně postiženým v regionu Blansko.

The Diploma work deals with working possibilities of mentally handicapped people.
Theoretical part of the diploma work consists of three chapters describing the personality of mentally handicapped people, their education, professional training and orientation, their working possibilities and systems of their social and legislation support.
