Annotation Bakalářská práce pojednává o historii vzniku termínu burnout, názory odborníků zabývajících se syndromem vyhoření. Popisuje příčiny syndromu vyhoření, jeho příznaky a projevy. Vysvětluje pojem policejní stres a s nim související důsledky. Uvádí příčiny vyhoření policistů a specifikuje policejní vyhoření. V závěru práci se zaměřuji na prevenci proti burnoutu a co policie pro své zaměstnance, tedy policisty dělá.
Annotation in English This bachelor thesis deals not only with the origin and history of the term burnout but also presents specialists´ opinions that are concerned with this matter. It describes the causes of the burnout, its symptoms and signs. It explains the term of the police stress and effects related to it. The causes and the specification of the burnout of the policemen are mentioned there. The final part of the bachelor thesis is concentrated on the prevention of the burnout and mentions the precautions that the police take against the burnout.
