Annotation	Analýza problematiky korupce jako celospolečenského problému v podmínkách České republiky s vymezením pojmu korupce, společenskými důsledky korupce, škodlivých dopadů korupčního jednání pro společnost, včetně možných oblastí jejího páchání. Preventivní a transparentní zabraňování vzniku nežádoucích jevů a vztahů vedoucích ke korupčnímu jednání. Využití hmotně právní úpravy a procesně právních institutů k odhalování a objasňování korupčních trestných činů.
Annotation in English	This theses deals with analysis of corruption as all-society issue in the Czech Republic. It defines terms: corruption, social consequences of corruption, negative impact of corruption on the society, including forms of corruption and possible spheres for potential perpetrators. Theses discusses preventive measures against rise of undesirable phenomens and relations leading to corruption. Theses further describes the use of legal regulations for detection and investigation of corruption offences.
