Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám tělesnými tresty z hlediska jejich efektivity a možného negativního působení na tělesný a psychický vývoj dítěte. Problematiku tělesných trestů jsem zkoumala pomocí metody analýzy cizího textu a syntézy názorů odborníků z oblasti historie, psychologie, sociologie, práva a sociální pedagogiky. Zajímaly mne možnosti legislativní ochrany dětí před domácím násilím. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je osvětová činnost v oblasti rodinné výchovy. S tímto záměrem jsem také navázala spolupráci s rodinným centrem Akropolis v Uherském Hradišti.
Annotation in English
In my bachelor thesis I deal with physical punishment in terms of its effectiveness and possible negative effects at the physical and psychological development of children. I was studying the issue of corporal punishment using the methods of analysis of a foreign text and synthesis of views of experts in the field of history, psychology, sociology, law and social pedagogy. I was interested in the possibility of legislative protection of children from domestic violence. The goal of my work is awareness raising activities in the field of family education. With this in mind, I have also established cooperation with the family center Akropolis in Uherské Hradiště.
