Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma ?Registrované partnerství ? právní a sociální aspekty.? Teoretická část obsahuje popis soužití homosexuálních párů ve světe a v České republice, přijímání zákona o registrovaném partnerství u nás a možností péče o děti homosexuálními páry. První kapitola je věnována soužití homosexuálních párů ve světě, pro větší přehlednost jsou rozděleny jednotlivé modely soužití a vývoj legislativy, do samostatných podkapitol. Situace homosexuálních párů v České republice je charakterizována v samostatné kapitole číslo dva. Nejdříve je pozornost soustředěna na legislativní proces přijímání zákona o registrovaném partnerství, poté jsou práva a povinnosti homosexuálních registrovaných párů srovnána s právy a povinnostmi manželů. V poslední, třetí kapitole jsou vystihnuta specifika soužití stejnopohlavních dvojic, chod společné domácnosti a situace v otázce péče o děti homosexuálními osobami. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny názory respondentů na přijetí zákona o registrovaném partnerství, diskriminaci homosexuálů v České republice, na volbu sexuality a péči homosexuálů o děti, možnosti získání dětí do péče. Získané názory v dotazníkovém šetření jsou zpracovány pro přehlednost do tabulek a následně graficky.

As a topic for my bachelor theses I chose registered partnership and its legal a social aspects. I structured my wotk into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters and its contains account of coexistence of homosexual couples in the word and in the Czech republic, approval process of Registered Partnership Act in our country and possibillities of child welfare made by the homosexual couples. The first chapter is devote to account of coexistence of homosexual couples in the word and for the better lucidity are single models of coexistence and development of legislation divided into separeted subchapters. The situaion of homosexual couples in the Czech republic is described in separeted chapter no. 2. In the beginning is payed attention to approval process of Registered Partnership Act; afterwards the rights and duties of homosexual couples are compared with rights and duties of married couples. In the last third chapter are mentioned specifics of coexistence of same-sex couples, run of their common household and situation with child welfare made by the homosexual persons. The practical part contain evaluation of informants opinions on approval of Registered Partnership Act, discrimination of homosexuals in the Czech republic, option of sexuality, care of homosexuals about children and their chance to get children for welfare. The opinions picked up in interview are made into charts.
