Téma bakalářské práce je pozice ženy v současnosti. Práce je zaměřena na pozici ženy v rámci naší společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje historii postavení ženy v rámci společnosti, dále téma věnující se kombinaci práce a rodiny a postavení ženy na trhu práce. Jsou zde také zmíněné důležité dokumenty EU týkající se problematiky ženy na trhu práce. Následující část je věnována proměnám v rodinách, feminismu a pojmu gender.
Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum týkající se pozice ženy v současnosti a proměn v rodinách. Výzkum provedený formou dotazníků u studentů maturitních ročníku na středních školách zjišťuje, jaké jsou rozdíly v názorech studentů a studentek na zmíněnou problematiku. Výzkum je zakončen ověřením předem stanovených hypotéz.

The topic of my bachelor´s thesis is the position of woman in contemporary world. The thesis is focused on the woman in Czech. The theoretical part deals with history of woman´s position and with combination of work and family life and the secondary topic is focused on the woman in the labour market. There are also mentioned the documents of EU concern of the problems of the woman in the labour market. Last issue of the theoretical part contains the topics of the changes in families, the feminism and gender.
The practical part describes my research concerned with the position of woman in contemporary world and the changes in families. The questionnaires were responded by students of the last grades of the secondary schools in Brno. The research is giving the answer of the question ?what are the differences in opinions of girls and boys about the problems of position of woman in the society?. The research is completed by verification of the preconceived hypothesis.
