Bakalářská práce, jak sám název říká, se zabývá legální a nelegální migrací na území České republiky. Zhodnocuje a popisuje současný stav týkající se migrace a integrace cizinců na území České republiky a poukazuje na problémy s tímto tématem související. Práce je tématicky rozdělena do sedmi hlavních částí. Šest částí je věnováno teoretickým oblastem migrace a poslední sedmá část obsahuje konkrétní příklady získané na základě vlastních zkušeností z praxe.

Bachelor´s thesis, as its name says, deals with legal and illegal migration in the Czech Republic. Enhances and describes the current status on migration and integration of foreigners in the Czech Republic, and highlights the problems associated with this topic. The work is thematically divided into sever main parts Six sections are devoted to the theoretical field of migration and the last seven section contains specific examples from their own experience of practise.
