Práce se zabývá systémem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v České republice. Práce popisuje jednotlivá právní ustanovení, na základě kterých lze provádět zásah státu do intimity rodiny, která požívá ústavní ochrany. V této práci se snažím specifikovat, kdy jsou splněné zákonné dispozice, za nichž mohou orgány provádějící výkon sociálně právní ochranu zasáhnou a to za podmínek poměru zásahu včas a účinně. Učinil jsem doporučení, jakým způsobem lze aplikovat předběžné opatření, tak aby bylo použito v souladu se zákonem. Následně jsem navrhl jednu z variant preventivních opatření a to sanaci rodiny.

Social-pathologic phenomenon in families between parents and children during their education is on the rapid increase all around the world, and in the Czech Republic as well. The number of children and teenagers, who are placed by courts of the Czech Republic into an institutional care, is continuously increasing. Emotional deprivation caused by the separation from parents, or by improper education can be seen as deformation of the young individual that arose during his life, in the society, in social conditions and can get a form of pathological or other deviant behavior.
