Tato závěrečná práce pojednává o školních výkonech. Práce se zaměřuje především na kognitivní a motivační aspekty, které tyto výkony nejvíce ovlivňují. Snažím se zde osvětlit, jaký má vliv na žáka prostředí a jak ho ovlivňují kognitivní a motivační procesy při vzdělávání. Snažil jsem se, aby práce byla srozumitelná a čtivá nejen pro odborníky, ale i pro úplné laiky.

This final work is about school performance. The work focuses primarily on cognitive and motivational aspects that most affect the performance. I am trying to explain here, what has an impact on the pupil and how it affects the cognitive and motivational processes in education. I tried to work was clear and readable, not only for professionals but also for the complete layman.
