Diplomová práce na téma Právní aspekty ochrany osobnosti v České republice - s přihlédnutím k regionu města Brna se zabývá ochranou osobnosti. Popisuje historický vývoj právních norem, obecnou právní úpravu osobnosti, organizace, které poskytují pomoc při ochraně osobnosti a právní prostředky ochrany osobnosti.
Ochrana osobnosti byla v práci zaměřena na vybranou sociální a profesní skupinu. Sociální skupinou byli senioři z Domova důstojného stáří Betanie a senioři z rodinného prostředí příslušníků Policie České republiky. Profesní skupinu tvořili policisté zařazení u Policie České republiky, Krajského ředitelství Jihomoravského kraje Brno.

The master?s thesis on the theme ?The legal aspects of the protection
of personality in the Czech Republic ? with respect to the region of the city of Brno? deals with the protection of personality. It describes the historical development of the rules of law, general legal regulations of the personality, organizations which administer relief with the protection of personality and legal means of the protection of personality.
The protection of personality was aimed in this thesis on a specified social and professional group. The social group were seniors from a dignified old age home Betanie and seniors from a family environment of members of Police of the Czech Republic. The professional group was represented by the policemen from Police of the Czech Republic, Regional headquarters of The South Moravian Region Brno.
