Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku ženské kriminality a to zejména
na poznání příčin a faktorů, které vedou ke kriminálnímu chování žen. V práci uvádím řadu trestných činů, které jsou ženy schopny páchat. Poukazuji také na vývoj role ženy ve společnosti a na důležitost role ženy jako matky, neboť převážně matky odvádějí větší podíl výchovné rodičovské péče.
Dále se zabývá popisem a rozborem jednotlivých druhů trestu. Zaměřuji
se na trest smrti, na politické tresty a justiční vraždy a v neposlední řadě i na trest odnětí svobody.
V závěru práce, na základě osobních údajů získaných pomocí dotazníku
od vybraného vzorku žen, páchajících trestnou činnost, provádím analýzu výsledků dotazování a jejich srovnání s hypotézami, které jsem si stanovila.
Annotation in English
This thesis is focused on the problems of women's criminality and especially
on the causes and factors which lead to the criminal behaviour of women. In the theses I state several crimes which women are capable of committing. I also point out the development of the role of women in society and the significance of the role as a mother, for mothers mostly have a larger share in the education and upbringing of children. The thesis further deals with the description and analysis of individual types
of punishment. I focus on the death penalty, political punishments and judicial murders, and last but not least on imprisonment.
In the conclusion of the thesis, on the basis of personal information collected by means of questionnaires given to a chosen sample of women committing crimes, I make an analysis of the results and their comparison with the presumptions I have postulated.
