Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u osob pracujících na zdravotnickém operačním středisku, pojednává o zátěži a stresu u těchto pracovníků. Hlavní cíl teoretické části byl zaměřen na akutní reakci na stres, projevy syndromu vyhoření a základy sociální komunikace. Praktická část je zaměřená na výskyt syndromu vyhoření u operátorů zdravotnického operačního střediska a jeho prevenci. Základ práce tvoří kvantitativní výzkum. Pomocí anonymního dotazníku jsem vyhodnotila jednotlivé faktory stresu u operátorů, míru projevů syndromu vyhoření a způsob vyrovnávání se stresem.

The bachelor work deals with the burnout syndrome of people working in call centre as operatores of emergency medical system, that discuss about workload and stress of the people. The main target of theoretical part is focused on urgent reaction to stress, burnout syndrome and principles social communication. The research is focused on the incidency of the burnout by operators working on dispetch of emergancy medical system an its prevention. The work is based on quantitative research. I?ve analyzed unit factors of stress at operatores, stress display measure the burnout syndrome and way of face up to stress based on anonymous survey.
