Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na postavení cizinců na českém trhu práce. Poskytuje stručný rozbor práv a povinností zaměstnavatelů i zaměstnanců ? cizinců vyplývajících ze zákonů České republiky a stručně charakterizuje jejich možnosti při uzavírání pracovněprávních vztahů. Druhá část této práce je pak náhledem do problematiky tzv. švarcsystému a nelegálního zaměstnávání se stručným rozborem některých důvodů, které k tomuto způsobu obcházení zákonů podnikatele vedou. Také se zde pokouším o návrh možného způsobu řešení problémů se kterými se potýká český trh práce.

The study of this thesis is the position of foreigners on Czech employment market. It provides a brief analysis of foreign employers? and employees? rights and obligations, established by the legislation of the Czech Republic, and gives a brief characteristics of the possibilities of the labour- law relations. The second part of this thesis examines the range of problems of, so-called, Schwarz system and illegal employment with a brief analysis of some reasons that lead entrepreneurs to this kind of evasion of legislation. Here, I will try, as well, to propose a possible way to solve the problems that take place on Czech employment market.
